Q. How do I use my gift card online?

A. Take a peek at your gift email or gift envelope and have a look for your 'unique redemption code'- it will look something like this: "M5901234"

Once you've found it, add goodies to your cart like normal! When you reach the checkout, enter your unique code in the box above your total that reads "coupon/gift certificate". Click go and your gift card will be automatically added to your order! Yay!

Q. How do I use my gift card in store?

A. Simply let our staff know that you have a gift voucher when you come in, and present your 'unique redemption code' as found on your physical gift card or gift card email. Our lovely staff will apply it to your items, and you're good to go!

Q. When do your gift cards expire?

A. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, our gift cards have a validity period of three years from the date they are purchased. But we can bet that you'll find something you love long before then!

Q. Can I add extra credit to an existing gift card?
