Cosy Edie Dress Bruny Island Bushland

We’ve made the perfect little loose and flowing dress, she is softly gathered at the waist and layers perfectly! For winter we have added a beautiful  sleeve which is the perfect fullness and loose on the arm. 

FEATURES: 

• Cosy Edie is born from our love of wearing loose dresses and wanting something that looks effortlessly cool without any accessories or effort!
• She is a lovely easy cut, with rounded neckline and loose, longer sleeves than our summer version.
• We love this long sleeve Edie which is so loose and comfy and the fabric base is so lovely to wear, perfect for layering on colder days or as is on warmer trans-seasonal days. The length of the sleeve hit after the elbow and before the wrist, so she's perfect with a layer underneath.
• She has a wonderful loose silhouette that isn’t too full.
• We’ve eliminated gathering from the sides of the skirt to make the hip area softer and a better shape that doesn’t add bulk, but kept in the front of the skirt to add detail and fullness at the hips.
• The waistline is set at a higher point where it can be belted, but doesn’t need to be, especially on days where you want no fuss.
• The sleeve we have created is perfect for a dressier look and comfy enough for every day wear too, hitting mid forearm.
• We were also very adamant in making sure the sleeve is wide enough for larger arms. 
• The length of the skirt hits at the knee or just below on most, making her so versatile with layers, perfect with leggings for a comfy casual look or stockings to dress her up.

HOW TO WEAR: 

• Edie is a shape that is great worn as-is, but she is also one of those pieces you can layer with tights and boots.
• We love the length of the new winter sleeve which sits at the mid forearm on most with a small bind at the edge.
• We also love the fact Edie’s loose shape through the body gives the illusion of more length because the fall of the fabric and drape of the skirt. 
• She looks great belted, but has enough shape that she works well without accessories.
• Edie is beautifully loose while still providing definition at the waist.
• Edie’s simple neckline works well with just about any accessory, be it brooch, necklace or big statement earrings. 
• You’ll be especially happy with the side pockets which fit your phone, keys and other things you accumulate daily.
