Maddison is our brand new addition to our Ruffle range, named after her sister piece Maddie. Both of these ladies are based on our ever popular Rayna dress with an added short elastic bottom sleeve and shorter knee length skirt we are a little bit in love with.
FEATURES:
Beautiful square neckline similar to Maddie and Rayna
Hidden elastic in casing at shoulders (and across top of the back) for good support and body on the sleeve
Shorter sleeve (hits before the elbow on most) with a small gathers at the shoulder and elasticated cuff so it can be cinched up your arm for summer
Skirt length is similar to Edie dresses, hitting at higher calf on most heights or at the knee
Side pockets hidden in side seams of skirt
Elasticated back panel for the perfect hold and give
Gathered skirt with beautiful fullness and a short ruffle half the size of the Rayna skirt ruffle

Maddison’s sleeve is a tapered loose sleeve with elasticated cuff which can be pushed up your arm so you can wear the sleeve shorter again, the length is before the elbow, sleeve is unlined.
The length of this dress is so good for layering with tights and boots, we shortened the length so she is slightly more versatile and “every day” compared to her sisters Maddie and Rayna
FABRIC: 100% cotton voile. 100% cotton voile lining.
COLOUR: Floral with pale pink base, peachy orange flowers and black highlights.

STRETCH: This garment has A LOT of stretch as the entire back panel is rows of elastic, so there is at least 10cm of stretch in addition to the flat measurement. The skirt gathers into the elastic panel and therefore will also give with your body if needed. If you like a firm or quite fitted bodice consider sizing down if you want the stretch panel to stretch and hold tight, if you want a loose fit get the size that most closely reflects your body measurements (or just slightly smaller than your measurements) and the panel will not need to stretch out too much.
SIZE NOTE: Please note this dress aligns with our standard dress sizing. You can buy your regular dress size (eg Jessie, Patty, Edie etc) with the confidence that it will fit with the added stretch component for extra give when needed. If you buy XS in our Rayna dress normally, we recommend you buy S in Maddie as only Rayna is a bigger sizing.
