This beautiful light vinegar is made with Chardonnay grapes. Perfect for use in Summer salads, with BBQed or pan fried seafood, great with with white meats such as chicken or pork. Delicious with freshly shucked oysters and shallots.

Cintra Estate is proudly owned by Christina's (owner of Made590's) cousin & her husband. Their Nonna Rina bought her gorgeous vinegar to Australia when she immigrated from Italy. Nonna Rina helped them pick grapes from the vineyard and how to crush them with care. The recipes were perfect then, and now! All Cintra Estate products are handmade with love & care on their vineyard in NSW's central west.
